Hi there,
Welcome to the first blog of thearkhives | 奥案. Let’s assume that you don’t know anything about us. thearkhives | 奥案 is a legal tech firm specialized in automated, AI-powered, legal documents. As one of our founders (Laura) is from China, it seemed like a natural thing to start our journey by launching our platform in China.
Our founders, Laura and Sam (born in Finland but identifies himself as a Brit), share a view that legal markets could be more efficient, more transparent, more accessible and more affordable. Quality doesn’t always match the price tag. There are tons of good lawyers out there – unfortunately, however, they can’t provide services to everyone all the time and not everyone can afford their services.
This is where thearkhives | 奥案 step into the picture. We want you to save time and money & be in charge of your own legal affairs by providing an easy access to high-quality legal documents. Same prices for everyone, same automated, AI-powered templates for everyone and same template-specific, professional guidance for everyone.
Basically, if you answer ‘yes’ to any of the following questions, you may find our stuff interesting.
- Are you doing business in China?
- Do you need a legal document, but don’t know any good lawyers?
- Do you think that high-quality legal document drafting services are too expensive?
- Do you need a bilingual legal document so that a foreign party can also read the agreement?
- Are you unsure whether the template you found online is any good and can it be used for your intended purpose?
- Are you involved in cross-border transactions with a Chinese party?
We also want to lead by example when it comes to charity & giving back to the society. thearkhives | 奥案 will donate 1% of revenue to charities and organisations working on issues related to environmental protection, global warming, climate change, ocean cleanup, education for underprivileged children, child protection, animal welfare and homeless people. We will regularly publish news about our donations so be sure to subscribe if you want to see what sort of an impact our charitable work is creating.
That’s about it. If you want more information about us, please visit: www.thearkhives.cn.
All the best,
The team at thearkhives | 奥案
